By having access to your information, W51 Agency is committed to not renting, selling or sharing your data for commercial purposes without your authorization. However, data pertaining to your characteristics and activities that define your usage profile may be used and shared for commercial and marketing purposes. This provision applies only to the browsing and contact data described in this section, and does not apply to data obtained from accounts connected to our tools, which are addressed in their own section further below.
Cookies
W51 Agency uses information obtained through "cookies". When you visit a website, a small data file is sent to your access device. This file, called "cookies", contains an identification number that is unique to your device. From this numbered file, we can know how you use our website and the services we provide. Cookies can be prevented from being installed on your device. To do this, you need to check the settings of the browser you use and block cookies through it. However, when blocking cookies, some features of our website may have limited performance.
Through the information obtained through cookies, W51 Agency will be able to analyze the pages you navigated, that is, the searches you performed. This way, we can improve our commercial and promotional initiatives in a more personalized way, showing you advertising or promotions, banners of interest and news about us. We also use cookies for other purposes, such as displaying your email address in a registration form. This way, you don't have to repeatedly type your email address whenever you want to register or complete a download of one of our materials.
Web Beacons
A web beacon is the name given to an electronic image that is placed in a web page code. W51 Agency uses web beacons alone or together with cookies to collect data. This information captured by us is essential so that we can measure patterns of your web traffic.
IP Addresses
Like other web servers, W51 Agency's servers automatically collect information. Among this collected information is your IP address, which is the number used on the internet to identify your machine.
Access Log
When performing activities on our website through your access log, our system records your following information: IP address, session ID, the pages you accessed, and the dates and times of these accesses.
Data and Security
When we receive your data, we will do everything possible to defend your privacy and security, however, you need to be aware that no data transmission over the Internet can be 100% secure.
Remarketing
W51 Agency uses Google and Facebook remarketing features for advertising, respectively on Google, and on the social networks Facebook and Instagram. For this reason, we can identify who has accessed our website and serve ads to these users via other web pages, on Facebook and Instagram. If you no longer want to be impacted by these ads, you can disable them at any time. For Google, you will need to disable the use of browser cookies by accessing the "ad preferences manager" section. To disable ads on social networks, simply click on the ad itself when viewing them, specifically in the field that contains options to hide and not view these advertisements in the future.
Marketing
W51 Agency does not sell or rent personal information of our users to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the owners. However, we may combine your data with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, the content we create and also our advertising. If you do not wish to receive these marketing messages or participate in our ad personalization programs, send an email to [email protected] requesting cancellation. Or, you can also click on the unsubscribe link that appears at the end of all our emails. The combination of data described here refers exclusively to browsing and contact data collected through this website, and in no case covers data obtained from accounts connected to our tools.
Confidential Information
By using the W51 Agency website and our services, it is agreed that the information on our website, emails and databases used are covered by the confidentiality clause, and W51 Agency cannot reveal information to third parties, except in cases of court order, request or determination of any kind of order and/or request by determination of public authorities in order to clarify facts and/or circumstances and/or instruct investigation, inquiry and/or complaint in progress. W51 Agency makes it clear that it will not be responsible for violations of the data and information mentioned above resulting from acts of employees or persons authorized by CONTRACTORS or those resulting from criminal or irregular action by third parties ("hackers"). The data entered into the tools by the CONTRACTOR will not be used by W51 Agency for any purpose other than the faithful fulfillment of the purchased service.
Data from Accounts Connected to Our Tools
In addition to the browsing data described above, W51 Agency processes data obtained from third-party platforms when a client company, of its own decision, connects the accounts it owns to W51's tools. This connection is always voluntary, authorized by a person with administrative powers over the company's accounts, and may be revoked at any time.
What data is collected
By authorizing the connection with Meta platforms — Facebook and Instagram — W51 gains access, through those platforms' official interfaces, to:
- the identification and name of the Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it;
- aggregated account metrics, such as number of followers, reach, views, profile visits and clicks;
- publication metrics, such as likes, comments, shares, saves and reach;
- when expressly authorized, performance data of the client company's own advertising campaigns.
W51 does not collect private messages, followers' registration data or any personal information of third parties who interact with the connected accounts, except when the client company expressly contracts a service that depends on such processing, in which case it will be informed in advance about what then becomes accessible.
What this data is used for
Exclusively to provide the service contracted by the client company: producing performance reports, guiding content planning and, when so contracted, publishing and scheduling content on behalf of the client company.
This data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties; it is not used for advertising, remarketing or the creation of advertising profiles; it is not combined with data obtained from other sources; and it is not used for the benefit of any other W51 Agency client.
Where it is stored
On servers of infrastructure service providers contracted by W51, bound by contract to use the data only in the performance of the services provided to W51, as described in the "Data Sharing" section. The access credentials granted at the time of authorization are stored with access restricted to the team responsible for that client company's account.
How long it is kept
Access credentials are deleted immediately when the account is disconnected in W51's tools or when the authorization is revoked on the source platform. Metrics already collected are kept for as long as the service agreement remains in force and for up to 30 days after its termination, as they constitute the client company's performance history, subject to an earlier deletion request.
Data Sharing
In possession of your data, we may share it with:
- Service providers under contract who collaborate in parts of our commercial operations (for example: fraud prevention, collection activities, marketing and technology services). Our contracts determine that these service providers only use your information in relation to the services they perform for us, and not for their own benefit.
- Companies with which we intend to merge or acquire. If a merger occurs, we will require that the new entity formed follow our privacy policy with respect to your personal information of our users. If your personal information can be used against this policy, you will receive prior notice.
In the specific case of connected account data, sharing is limited to the infrastructure service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the tools — application hosting and database — which process them exclusively on behalf of W51 Agency. This data is not shared for commercial, marketing or advertising purposes, under any circumstances.
Any law enforcement authority, government officials and other third parties when W51:
- Is required to do so by subpoena due to court order or similar legal procedure;
- Needs to do so to be in compliance with the law or credit card association rules;
- Is cooperating with an ongoing police investigation.

Contacts
When using W51 Agency services, we may contact you at any time. Our contact will be for information related to your account. Since such data is important, you will not have the opportunity to opt out of receiving it. We will never send you unsolicited communications regarding commercial offers or advertisements if you have opted not to receive such information.

Your rights and data deletion
You may, at any time, request confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, as well as information about with whom it has been shared, under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law). To do so, send an email to [email protected].
Deletion of Connected Account Data
The client company may end the processing of its account data in two ways, with the same effect:
- Disconnecting the account in W51's tools, which immediately deletes the access credentials and stops any further collection;
- removing the W51 application in the platform's own settings — on Facebook, in Settings and privacy, in the apps and websites section — which revokes the authorization at the source.
To also delete metrics already collected, simply request it by email at [email protected], stating the company name and the accounts involved. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 15 days, except in cases of mandatory retention provided by law.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The date below indicates the last revision.
